A Simple Step by Step Process.

UK Domains (.uk)
All other Domains(.com .net .org etc)

1 - Create a Hosting Account

To transfer your exiting UK Domains (.uk) to OnPoint Hosts you must first place your order for a hosting account.
If you already have a hosting account with us you can skip this step.

2 - Change the IPS Tag

Login to your current hosting account (the one you are transfering away from).
Check that the domain is not locked - If you’re unsure how to unlock your domain, please visit your current registrars’ website for more information.
Update the IPS tag on your domain to OnPoint Hosts (PDR-IN).

3 - Login to OnPoint Hosts

From your OnPoint Hosts account create a Domain Transfer order.
Add to Cart.
Your current registrar should send you an email with a link for you to click to confirm that you want the transfer to go ahead.
Once confirmed the transfer should happen almost immediately.

1 - Get the EPP (Authorisation) Code

Login to your current hosting account (the one you are transfering away from).
Check that the domain is not locked - If you’re unsure how to unlock your domain, please visit your current registrars’ website for more information.
Select the Domain you want to transfer from your Domain list.
Select Click to see Authorization Code, and then select Copy to Clipboard to copy your authorization code - you should also receive an email with the code.

2 - Create a Hosting Account

To transfer your exiting Domain to OnPoint Hosts you must first place your order for a hosting account.
If you already have a hosting account with us you can skip this step.

3 - Login to OnPoint Hosts

From your OnPoint Hosts account create a Domain Transfer order.
Enter the EPP (Authorisation) Code into the form.
Add to Cart.
We will send an email to the admin contact registered for the domain - please check that email account and click on the enclosed link to confirm that you approve the transfer.

4 - Now we Wait

It can take up to 5 working days for the registrar to release the Domain name to us.
You will receive a confirmation email once completed
